- Stir in cottage cheese, shredded cheese, bell peppers, green onions, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the mixture evenly into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
